Tenants Looking to Rent

When you register with London Sales & Lettings, we will discuss your requirements to try and make sure that any properties we may show you are most likely to suit.

Many people renting for the first time do not know how much they can afford, so we will be happy to talk to you and advise what price level you should be looking at as a monthly rental.

We will accompany you when viewing our properties which will help us get a thorough understanding your preferences. We suggest once you find the perfect property for you, move quickly to secure it.

When you have found a property and have an offer accepted, we will send you our Tenancy Terms giving you a guideline of what is involved in renting a property through our company. Only when you have received and accepted the Terms will we ask you to pay a reservation holding deposit.

In nearly all tenancies we will require that the tenant completes an online application form, from a reputable reference company. In most cases you will need to prove your income and be in full time employment. There are certain situations where a guarantor maybe required or rent payment in advance. Due to the tenancy fee ban of 1st June 2019 any reference costs will be paid for by the landlord.

Before moving into a property, you will be required to pay one months rent and in most cases 5 weeks (maximum) dilapidations deposit (These figures may vary on different properties).
